1. Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

• Karachi: 1–2 business days
• Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–4 business days
• Other Areas: 3–7 business days

3. Shipping Charges

• FREE Delivery on Orders Over Rs. 1,500
• Orders below Rs. 1,500 may have a standard courier fee

4. Delayed Deliveries

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, strikes, road conditions, or courier issues. You will be notified of significant delays.
